Registration Instructions

Below is a step-by-step guide for User Account Creation and Registration Fee Payment for the IEEE IDAACS 2025 Conference

Step 1: Sign In or Create an Account

Open the conference website: https://www.idaacs.net/2025

  • If you already have an account:
    1. Click Login on the conference website.
    2. Enter your credentials to sign in.
  • If you forgot your password:
    1. Click “Forgot Your Password?” on the login page.
    2. Enter your email address.
    3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  • If you do not have an account:
    1. Open the conference website: https://www.idaacs.net/2025
    2. Click the Signup button at the top-right corner.
    3. Fill in the required details (email, password, etc.) and submit the form.
    4. You will be automatically logged in, and your name will appear in the top-right menu.
Step 2: Access Your Profile and Submit Your Registration Order
  1. After logging in (your name should appear in the top-right menu).
  2. Click the REGISTER button on the main conference page to open the registration form.
  3. Alternatively, click on your name → select My Orders → then click Submit Order to create a new registration Order.
    • If you have submitted orders before, a list of them will appear here.
Step 3: Fill Out the Registration Form

After clicking Submit Order, the registration form will appear with your personal information pre-filled from your profile.

The following options will be selected automatically based on:

  • Date of registration (determines Early or Late Registration fees),
  • Country specified in your profile (determines Low/High income rate). Note: Due to martial law in Ukraine, a discount equivalent to the low-income rate (approximately 40%) is provided for participants residing in Ukraine.

Please complete the remaining fields:

  • Indicate IEEE membership (if applicable) and provide your membership number.
  • Select On-site or Online participation.
  • Choose your registration type.
  • Enter your paper number, number of pages, and presentation type.
  • To register an additional paper (you must be a co-author and presenter):
    • Click Add Paper and provide the required information.
    • Note: You can register up to two additional papers in addition to your main paper.
  • Select Payment Method:  Online   /  Wire Transfer EUR (Invoice pdf)  / Wire transfer UAH (Invoice pdf)

The total fee will be calculated automatically based on your selections.

Click Submit to finalize your registration.

 
Step 4: Payment
  • Once the form is submitted, the system will generate an order.
  • For the Online option – you will receive a payment link via email from the WayForPay payment system. Follow the link to securely pay online using a credit or debit card.
  • For Wire Transfer – you will receive a PDF invoice via email. Once the payment is made, please send a copy of the payment receipt to orgcom@idaacs.net.
