Special Stream on Digital Education and Engineering Education

Since many years, researchers bring learning to the digital world. Technology Enhanced Learning approaches support both teachers and learners. The research field addresses the generation of innovative content as well as approaches such as active or individualized learning or learning in groups. Methods of Learning Analytics and Artificial Intelligence help to analyze and optimize learning processes from content conception to learner evaluation.

The special stream provides a discussion for recent advances in this area, addressing both theoretical and applied implemented approaches. We invite authors to submit original and previously unpublished research papers in the following and related topics.

Topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Technology Enhanced Learning
  • Computer supported collaborative learning
  • Individualized Learning
  • AI for Technology Enhanced Learning
  • Learning Analytics
  • Digital Education Ecosystem
  • Didactics for Digital Education
  • Didactics for Engineering Education
  • Distant Learning
  • Online Evaluation of Learners
