Distributed Data Base is an integration of the multiple, logically interrelated databases distributed over a computer network. A distributed database control system includes the software that coordinate the distributed Data Base and the access mechanism that makes this distribution transparent to the users. Distributed Data Bases are using in almost every area of human life. This includes many industry applications and human interaction or computation as well.
The special stream aims to provide a discussion on the state-of-art and recent results in this area, addressing theoretical and applied implemented approaches, with representatives from universities and industry along with establishing a strong context of national and international research projects and future collaborations.
